No On 2 is an Alaska ballot initiative campaign regulated by the Alaska Public Offices Commission. Any individual or organization is allowed to contribute, excluding foreign nationals. There is no maximum limit on contributions to an Alaska ballot initiative campaign. All contributions are publicly reported.
Please note that donors who give $500 or more in aggregate to an Alaskan ballot initiative or proposition are required to file a Statement of Contributions Form 15-5 with the Alaska Public Offices Commission (APOC) within 30 days of our receipt of the contribution. Our treasurer will contact affected donors on how to file.
